How we protect it
Security built in, not bolted on.
Encrypted everywhere
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Résumés and generated documents live in private storage, reachable only through short-lived signed links.
Managed secrets & identities
Credentials are held in a managed secret store, and services authenticate with managed identities rather than long-lived keys.
Row-level authorization
Every request is scoped to the signed-in user. Trying to reach another account's data returns a not-found — there's no cross-user access.
Audited sensitive access
Support can only view a specific account's detail with an elevated role, and every such access writes an audit entry. Answers to sensitive questions are never displayed.
Know what gets submitted
Review the résumé, answers and documents on every application — before or after it goes out. Nothing is hidden.
PII kept out of telemetry
Personal data is redacted from logs and analytics, and one-time codes are never recorded. We don't send résumé content to analytics platforms.
