Terms of Service

AmazApply is a job-search assistant. It helps you discover roles, understand your fit, prepare tailored application materials, and — when you enable it — submit applications on your behalf.

You are always in control of the level of automation. Every account starts in Review mode, where nothing is submitted without your approval. More automation always requires your explicit opt-in.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.

• Provide accurate information about your experience and eligibility.
• Don't share your account or use someone else's.
• You must be legally able to work in the roles you apply to; AmazApply doesn't verify this for you.

AmazApply is designed never to fabricate your qualifications — generated documents are grounded in facts you've verified. You remain responsible for reviewing what is submitted and for the accuracy of everything in your applications.

You agree to use AmazApply lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Don't use it to misrepresent yourself, to spam employers, or to circumvent employer systems in ways their terms prohibit.

Paid plans and application credits are described on the Pricing page and billed through our payment provider. An application credit is consumed only when an application is submitted and confirmed. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the period you've paid for.

We work to keep AmazApply available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; if we make material changes, we'll let you know. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

AmazApply helps with your job search but does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, AmazApply is provided “as is,” and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
