Acceptable Use Policy
AmazApply is built on honest, transparent job searching. This policy sets out how it may and may not be used, so it stays trustworthy for you, for employers, and for everyone else on the platform.
1.Use it honestly
AmazApply won't fabricate your qualifications, and neither should you.
- Don't misrepresent your experience, credentials, or work eligibility.
- Don't override the truth layer to submit claims you can't back up.
- Review what's submitted — you're responsible for the accuracy of your applications.
2.Respect employers and their systems
Automation is a convenience, not a license to abuse employer systems.
- Don't use AmazApply to spam employers with irrelevant applications at volume.
- Don't attempt to bypass security measures such as CAPTCHAs — where human verification is required, AmazApply hands the task to you.
- Don't use the service in ways that violate an employer's or job board's terms.
3.Don't misuse the platform
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling the service.
- No attempts to access other users' data.
- No uploading of malware or content you don't have the right to use.
4.Sensitive information
Provide only information you're comfortable sharing with employers. AmazApply never infers demographic or eligibility answers — those come only from you.
5.Enforcement
Violations may lead to feature limits, suspension, or account termination. Serious or repeated misuse — especially anything that harms employers or other users — will be acted on quickly. We'll be as fair and transparent as the situation allows.
